Enabling Support
We believe our customers should never feel alone. We provide support services for disabled people and those with long-term health conditions to tackle loneliness and isolation.We work closely with local organisations across Doncaster and Rotherham, and welcome opportunities to work hand-in-hand with any organisation to provide enabling support services.
Our friendly and experienced support workers visit clients at home. We set goals and achieve them together. Whether it's finding local events, clubs, or other interesting activities, we work hard to increase our clients’ independence and life choices.

Energy Advice
Staying warm at home is more vital than ever for our clients as energy prices rise. We offer support on every aspect of energy advice, from tariffs and comparison sites, to switching providers, budgeting and more.Our energy experts also provide advice on schemes including:
• Priority Services Registration
• Warm Homes Discount Schemes
• Cold Weather payments
• Winter Fuel
What’s more, each household will receive eight LED energy saving light bulbs.
We have established the Energy Advice in Rotherham Network and work in partnership with other energy advice providers. We also raise awareness at community events and introduce activities within our peer support groups.
All of this is aimed at ensuring our clients have a better understanding of their energy bills and improved financial security, resulting in increased confidence and more control over their daily lives.

Community Integration
We provide valuable support for Rotherham residents with neurological conditions and brain injuries. In doing this, we have developed a good understanding of what is needed to deliver these services successfully; and improve our clients’ quality of life.We work with individuals and their carers who are affected by these conditions, using a person-centred approach. We achieve this by helping to set goals and by introducing specific actions, which in turn helps our clients increase their confidence and independence.
Sensitivity, empathy and understanding of our clients needs are of the utmost importance in our approach to delivering this service, and the feedback we receive reassures us that we are getting this right.
Live Inclusive also maintains an established Peer Support Group (PSG), so that our clients can benefit from the company and support of people with similar lived experiences.

Social Prescribing
We provide social prescribing services as a holistic way to support our clients to take greater control of their own health.We recognise that people’s health and wellbeing are determined by a range of social, economic and environmental factors. Socialising, volunteering, befriending or learning something new together provide a lifeline for many of our clients. Get in touch
Benefits Advice and Information
We have a team of specialists who provide benefits advice and information. We visit clients in their homes offering advice, guidance and support through the application process. We provide help with claims for Personal Independence Payments (PIP), Attendance Allowance and guidance on the appeals process. These are just some of the ways we can help.Many clients are entitled to further support and may not realise this. We have a strong track record of providing the advice they need in securing these extra benefits.
