A high proportion of our staff and volunteers have disabilities or long-term health conditions. Also, many of the Live Inclusive Board have a lived experience of disability. We also have many previous clients working with us as volunteers.

everything we do
- We ensure all relevant staff undergo enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
- We provide comprehensive training for all new starters in safeguarding, disability awareness and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- All our energy advisors are qualified to City and Guilds Level 3.
